Lisa Semeraro has been a seasonal Westhampton Beach resident for the past 27 years. Straight out of college at Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC for Marketing Communications, Lisa embarked on a career in Retail Packaging. For 18 years she has been working with hundreds of the very best manufacturers and clients creating custom matched and stocked retail packaging in NYC and Long Island. As owner of Urban Packaging Inc., her knowledge of sales and management is paramount. She knows well, how to meet clients' needs and exceed expectations within a specific time frame and budget in a professional and honest manner.
Lisa studied for a second career in Real Estate at the NYS Real Estate Institute and obtained her license after purchasing investments properties. Today, Lisa is spirited by the passion of Real Estate. Lisa has first-hand knowledge based on her own experience of how to acquire, rent and sell investment properties. She enjoys gardening, the beach, global travel and is Reiki certified.
